To delete a static route, use the network interface route delete command. The following example deletes a static route associated with a virtual interface named mgmtif2 on a node named node1b. The static route has the destination IP address 192.40.8.1, the network mask 255.255.0.0, and the gateway IP address 192.40.0.1.
